Limited to 30 pieces, the Freak X for The Hour Glass combines a new case material – “Carbonium Gold” – with a striking champagne dial.

Launched in 2019, the Freak X is the slightly smaller brother of the Freak Vision and Freak Out. At 43mm, it is lovely to wear on wrist and the Carbonium Gold case is extremely light and adds to the sportiness of the piece.

Carbonium is a material often used in airplane fuselage and wings, made with carbon fibres, allowing it to be lightweight and strong. Carbonium Gold combines this carbon material with gold, creating this special marriage between the two materials representating old school luxury and new age technology. 

Dial side, the movement on display shows an extra-wide balance wheel made with silicium with nickel flyweights and stablising microblades, which completes one revolution every hour.
