THE HOROLOGY CLUB ANNOUNCES EXCLUSIVE COLLABORATION WITH TOLEDANO & CHAN: A TRIBUTE TO ARCHITECTURAL ROOTS AND LONGSTANDING FRIENDSHIP



HONG KONG — The Horology Club (THC) is proud to announce its collaboration timepiece with independent watch brand Toledano & Chan (T&C). This limited-edition release celebrates the intersection of brutalist architecture, avant-garde design, and a deeply rooted friendship between the two communities.

A Return to the Brutalist Vision
This exclusive collaboration goes back to the roots of Toledano & Chan and takes a more straightforward approach in design. The timepiece strips away ornamentation to honor the core inspiration behind the brand’s design language: Marcel Breuer’s iconic brutalist masterpiece, the former Whitney Museum building in New York City.



For the first time in Toledano & Chan’s history, the watch is crafted entirely from blasted titanium. The rugged, textured finish of the blasted titanium case and integrated bracelet perfectly evokes the raw, chiseled concrete of the Breuer building. In stark contrast, the watch features a pristine, unadorned mirror dial, mirroring the building’s distinct, angular windows. The interplay between the industrial concrete-like texture and the reflective glass element delivers a pure, architectural translation to the wrist.



Born from Brotherhood
Beyond the design, this collaboration is a celebration of community and shared passion. Alfred Chan, co-founder of Toledano & Chan, has been an integral supporter, member, and ambassador of The Horology Club since its early days.

To be able to channel that longstanding friendship into a timepiece that represents the purest expression of his brand's DNA is a milestone moment for our club."
